Delivery And Shipping
The order is divided into four stages from processing to delivery
Phase I Order Processing Phase
Under normal circumstances, our order processing time is 1-3 working days. On certain holidays, the processing time may be extended to 5-7 working days, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Christmas.
Phase II International Transport Phase
The time required for this phase depends on the transport service you choose.
Standard shipping: the time is 10-20 working days, no tracking information
VIP transportation: transportation time is 8-15 working days, with tracking information
Senior transportation: (DHL or samiliar shipping) :Shipping time is 3-7 working days, and provide tracking information
Phase III Customs clearance
When your package is shipped to your country, customs will inspect your package. Please rest assured that your package is not a contraband. Customs clearance time varies from country to country.
Stage 4: Local post office sorting and delivery stage
After the customs inspects your package, your package will be shipped to your local post office warehouse and sorted. Sorting time varies from region to region.
After sorting, the post office staff will deliver the package to your designated location.
Please make sure that the information you filled in when shopping is correct. At the same time, please ensure that the post office staff can contact you to sign for parcels in the parcel delivery area.
